This website

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.

Email, booking and payment

Email. Our inbox, [email protected], is hosted by Google. When you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us about your business, and use it to reply and to run the work you book.

Booking. The consultation is booked through Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Google receives your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you add to the booking form, and sends your calendar invite. The call takes place on Google Meet.

Guides. When you ask for a free guide, we keep your name and email address in Flodesk, our email provider, and send you the guide and emails from Fuel Tank. You can unsubscribe from any email. When you buy a paid guide, Stripe takes the payment and we receive your name and email address with the order.

Payment. Payment for the consultation is taken by Stripe when you book. For sessions and programmes, we email you a Stripe payment link. Stripe collects your payment details; we never see your full card number.

Support. On a programme, questions between sessions happen on Telegram, using the account and number you choose to message from.

Why we use it

We use your details to deliver the session you booked (contract), to keep financial records (legal obligation), and to follow up about your booking (legitimate interests). We do not sell your information or add you to marketing emails without asking.

How long we keep it

Booking and invoice records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Notes from sessions are kept for as long as we work together, and deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
