Terms and service agreement

Last updated 10 October 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and Inner Evolution Ltd, trading as Fuel Tank (VAT GB444138014), when you book a consultation, a single session or a programme. Booking or paying means you accept them.

1. The service

Fuel Tank is a consultancy across brand, AI and operations. I advise. You decide what to do, and you or your team put it in place. I do not build, run or manage anything in your business for you.

2. What we each agree to

I agree to

  • Be on time and prepared for every session we book.
  • Give you my honest view, with reasonable care and skill, drawing on fifteen years of experience.
  • Agree a plan with you: what to do, in what order and how.
  • On a programme, answer questions about that plan between sessions, within 24 hours.
  • Recommend a supplier or partner when part of the work needs a specialist.
  • Keep what you share with me confidential.

You agree to

  • Be on time for sessions, with what we agreed you would bring.
  • Give me accurate information about your business.
  • Do the work between sessions. How and when you put the advice into action is your decision.
  • Take responsibility for the decisions you make and what follows from them.
  • Check anything legal, tax, financial or regulatory with a qualified adviser. I am not a lawyer, accountant or financial adviser.
  • Pay on time.

3. Results vary

You get as much done as you commit to. What you get from the work depends on the time, attention and budget you give it between sessions, and on things neither of us controls, such as your market and the tools we use. I do not promise any particular result, revenue, saving or timescale.

4. The packages

30-minute consultation£300. One 30-minute call on Google Meet. We look at your business and agree which direction to take and which way of working fits.
Single session£1,200. One one-hour session on one problem.
6-week programme£6,480 (£1,080 a week). A complimentary 30-minute kickoff call, six one-hour sessions, one a week, and questions between sessions on Telegram.
12-week programme£11,520 (£960 a week). A complimentary 30-minute kickoff call, twelve one-hour sessions, one a week, and questions between sessions on Telegram.

Programme sessions run weekly. If a session moves, the programme runs on by a week. Sessions not used within four weeks of the programme's planned end date expire.

There are no courses or packaged extras. Prompts, integrations and plans are designed for your business as we go.

5. Payment

6. Cancelling and moving

The consultation

You can cancel or move it up to 48 hours before it starts, for a full refund or a new time. Inside 48 hours, or if you do not attend, the fee is not refunded.

Single sessions and programme sessions

You can move a session with at least 48 hours' notice. Inside 48 hours, or if you do not attend, the session counts as used.

Ending a programme early

Once a programme has started, fees are not refunded for sessions you choose not to use.

If I need to cancel

I will offer you a new time. If none suits, I will refund that session in full.

7. Support between sessions

On a programme, you can message me on Telegram with questions about the plan we have agreed: what to do next, whether a decision fits, what to prioritise. I can help with the odd technical question, but it is not a technical support line. I reply as soon as I can, and always within 24 hours. Support runs for the length of your programme.

8. Confidentiality

What you share about your business stays between us. I will not pass it on without your permission, unless the law requires it. Sessions are not recorded unless we both agree.

9. Who owns what

Plans, prompts and documents made for your business during our work are yours to use in your business. My methods, frameworks, templates and know-how stay mine, and I may use general lessons from our work elsewhere, never your confidential information.

10. Other suppliers and tools

If I recommend a supplier, partner or tool, any agreement is between you and them, and you pay them directly. Software and AI tools have their own terms, costs and limits. I am not responsible for their work, their availability or changes they make.

11. Liability

I give advice in good faith and with reasonable care and skill. I am not liable for decisions you make, for how you put the advice into action, or for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost opportunity. My total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the package in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
